A workshop of two days was organized by IQAC on ‘How to use Google classrooms’ on 1oth and 11th Jan. 2020. IQAC Coordinator Dr. Nikhila Bhagwat welcomed the participants, gave rationale of the programme and introduced the guests. Vice-Principal Smt. Sadhana Deshmukh felicitated the resource persons and declared the workshop open. A digital lamp was lit on this occasion. On first day Dr. Bhat and Mr. Alone conducted a demonstration session on How to download the free Classroom app and use Goggle Classrooms. Also they taught in detail about year wise and subject wise classroom creation. The theoretical explanation was done on that day. Whereas, on the second day participants were given hands on given training in the computer lab. The workshop was very interactive, enriching and interesting. All the teachers benefited from this workshop.

मराठी भाषा संवर्धन पंधरवाडा २०१९-२०२० मराठी विभागातर्फे ९ जानेवारी ते १३ जानेवारी या कालावधीत विविध स्पर्धा घेवून साजरा करण्यात आला.

10th -11th January 2020 – Workshop on “Google Class Room”

Human Development Department in Collaboration with Central Co-ordination Committee (Schools) Gokhale Education Society had organised the Play “ABHAYA” on POCSO Act 2012, held on 6th January 2020 at Parshuram Saikhedkar Natyagruha, Nashik, from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm. The Play was sponsored by Sir Dr M.S.G. Foundation, Mumbai.

The aim of the program is to create awareness amongst the children about the POCSO Act 2012. The play was written and directed by the Senior Artist and Renowned Pupeeter Mrs. Meena Naik. The play was performed by Ms. Cheenmayee Swami, with help of Ms. Rutuja Wasaiekar & Mr. Nilesh Bodle.

The Play was started with formal inauguration program. Principal Dr. Deepti Deshpande had introduced about the Play “ABHAYA’ and about the Human Development Department. Various dignitaries were invited for the program. Sir Dr. M.S. Gosavi, Secretary Gokhale Education Society gave his blessing to the program. Dr. Ram Kulkarni, (Principal B.Y. K College), Dr. R.P. Deshpande, (Treasurer G.E. Society) and Mr. Vinod Deshpande (Co-ordinator of G.E. Society Schools) were present for the program.

Mrs. Sadhana Deshmukh, Vice Principal & HOD Human Development Department concluded the formal inauguration program by expressing vote of thanks. After the vote of thanks the Play was started. The Play “ABHAYA” enlightens the participants about the difficulties faced by the victim and how to face them with the help of POCSO Act 2012.
At the end of the Play Mrs. Meena Naik interacted with the participants. The question and Answer session was very interestingly took place. Participants had filled the feedback based on the play.

All the participants got benefited by the Play “ABHAYA” which tells about the POCSO Act 2012.
